• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate wound care treatment plans for residents with wounds or ostomies
• Provide comprehensive wound care education to residents and their families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans and achieve desired outcomes
• Perform regular wound assessments, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of wound care treatment and progress
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize wound care outcomes and minimize complications
• Stay up-to-date with the latest wound care technologies, techniques, and best practices

• Current RN licensure in the state of Illinois
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in wound care or a related field
• Strong knowledge of wound care principles and practices
• Excellent communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality care
