Banter by Piercing Pagoda is looking for a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to join our team.

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the entire sales team to provide a superior experience to all valued customers.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• Assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties (as needed).

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.
• Commitment to excellence and desire to grow.
• Ability to provide a superior customer experience.

• Base pay: $15.40 – $16.00 per hour plus commission on sales.
