Sales Associate​/Jewelry Consultant - Zales - Chicago Ridge Mall - Chicago Ridge - Oak Lawn, IL

We have opportunities for seasonal, part‑time, and full‑time roles at Zales, part of Signet Jewelers.

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires
• Present merchandise and share detailed information regarding features and benefits of products
• Provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options
• Meet individual and team sales goals

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives
• Strong customer service, sales, retail and/or jewelry experience
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays
• Positive, customer‑focused approach in delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Strong communication and relational skills

• Base pay $15.40 – $20.50 plus commission on sales (final pay rate determined by experience and qualifications)
