Correctly register and accompany trucks, ships and/or trains, perform multiple administrative and control tasks related to the loading of trucks, ships and/or trains as well as self‑loading of wet and/or dry sand in order to ensure correct and smooth loading and departure of the means of transport.

• Perform administrative tasks related to loading of trucks and ships to include: verify information on necessary documents (loading and production planning, stocks, loaded weight, etc.)
• Carry out visual quality control and signal irregularities or deviations to person in charge or logistics department or Customer Service
• Enter data (e.g. loaded weight) into appropriate IT system called Objective as well as drawing up a corresponding report (CMR)
• Complete transport documents and archive these documents, after processing by the Sibelco logistics department
• Sign up trucks and ships and/or trains, guide them to correct loading bay/loading facility and load them correctly
• Ensure necessary actions, including administration, are taken to operate loading facilities in a safe manner
• Ensure orderliness and cleanliness of work area, company premises and loading installations
• Operate weighbridge from A‑Z
• Take care of welcoming visitors for production and answering phone

• High school degree or equivalent by experience
• Knowledge of required IT‑systems (SAP, MES,
  Objective
  )
• Certificate for driving forklift
• Basic knowledge of English and other local languages
