Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000 per year, plus annual discretionary bonus

Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours (flexible start/end times available)
A well-established, rapidly growing organization is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant to join its finance team. This is a high-impact, on-site role with opportunities for professional growth and advancement. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations, financial analysis, and reporting, and will play a key role in maintaining the financial integrity of the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and post journal entries; adjust account balances monthly
- Compile and analyze account information for reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Support operational budgeting and long-term financial projections
- Assist with month-end and year-end close, and tax preparation
- Provide financial reports for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Controller and finance leadership on special projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience (healthcare or related industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Annual base salary: $65,000 – $75,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance
