National Tax Office & Transactional Specialist Entry Level

This is an entry-level position offering exposure to various tax services and the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment.

• Research complex tax issues and prepare technical memoranda
• Assist with international tax structuring and operational issues
• Prepare tax returns and support engagement teams for clients
• Contribute to internal tax alerts and educational functions
• Handle tax aspects of transactions and participate in team interactions

• Interest in tax law demonstrated through completed or planned tax courses
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field;
  Master’s in accounting or tax preferred
• Must be pursuing a LLM, JD, or CPA license
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
