💰 Target $80k base + 10% bonus (flex to ~$100k all-in)
PE-backed, multi-entity operating platform expanding through acquisition is adding a Senior Accountant to its centralized accounting team.
What you’ll do- Own accounting for 3–4 operating entities
- Manage month-end close
, reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis - Support process standardization and integrations
- Assist with M&A onboarding and audit support
- Partner closely with Finance, Operations, and leadership
- 2–4 years of accounting experience (public audit or industry)
- Multi-entity or PE-backed environment a plus
- Real estate / property experience not required
- High-visibility role with strong growth runway in a scaling platform.
