Accounting Analyst

• Support month-end close activities across multiple locations and business segments
• Prepare account reconciliations including cash, accruals, prepaid expenses, inventory, and fixed assets
• Assist with variance analysis and financial reporting
• Help monitor and improve billing and accounts payable workflows, including system-based exception handling
• Work closely with finance and technical partners to troubleshoot, document, and improve ERP-related processes
• Participate in process improvement initiatives, including automation and control enhancements
• Support reporting efforts using ERP data and business intelligence tools
• Assist with basic treasury-related activities such as cash monitoring and interest calculations

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2–5 years of accounting or finance experience
• Experience working with an ERP system (Net Suite experience is a plus, not a must)
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data
• Exposure to multi-entity or multi-location environments preferred
• Interest in learning reporting tools such as Power BI or similar platforms
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to ask questions
• Curious mindset with a desire to learn systems, improve processes, and grow beyond pure accounting tasks
