We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong Senior SEC Reporting Analyst to support external financial reporting and ensure compliance with SEC regulations and U.S. GAAP. This role will play a key part in preparing quarterly and annual filings, researching technical accounting matters, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong analytical and organizational skills, and has hands-on experience with SEC filings for a publicly traded company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other required filings
  • Draft financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and supporting disclosures
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Investor Relations) to gather required information
  • Assist with earnings release preparation and supporting schedules
  • Research and document technical accounting issues and new accounting pronouncements
  • Support implementation of new accounting standards
  • Maintain disclosure checklists and internal reporting controls
  • Assist with SOX compliance related to financial reporting
  • Liaise with external auditors during quarterly and annual audits
  • Identify and implement process improvements within the reporting function
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA strongly preferred)
  • 6+ years of public accounting (Big 4 or national firm preferred) and/or public company reporting experience
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
  • Experience preparing or auditing SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K)
  • Proficiency in financial reporting tools
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, reporting-driven environment
