Senior External Reporting Accountant

LaSalle Network is partnering with a global, publicly traded organization to hire a Senior External Reporting Accountant. This is a high‑visibility, cross‑functional role supporting consolidated financial reporting and SEC filings. The position offers exposure to senior leadership, global operations, and complex multi‑entity reporting.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone coming out of public accounting or with strong technical accounting experience in a public, multinational, or PE‑Backed company.

Compensation:
Base salary is between $110,000–$120,000 with 15% annual bonus potential. A comprehensive package of benefits—including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees—is offered. The role requires in‑office presence 3 times a week.

• Support the preparation, review, and filing of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
• Assist with SEC and international exchange filings, including 10‑Q, 10‑K, earnings materials, and related disclosures
• Participate in global consolidation processes, including preparing and posting consolidating journal entries
• Ensure proper elimination of intercompany balances
• Perform analytical reviews of financial statement accounts and prepare supporting work papers
• Assist with disclosure controls and compliance related to SOX
• Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits
• Partner cross‑functionally with finance and operational teams to gather accurate reporting data
• Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and reporting initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
• CPA strongly preferred
• 3+ years of accounting, audit, or financial reporting experience
• Public accounting experience highly preferred
• Experience in a multinational, publicly traded, or PE‑Backed company environment is a plus
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
