Accounts Receivable Clerk

Accounts Recievable Clerk Electrical Construction Under the direction of the Controller, the Accounts Receivable Clerk, in collaboration with the Accounts Payable Clerk, plays a key role in ensuring construction payroll is processed accurately, customers are invoiced timely, and funds are collected in accordance with proper accounting procedures. This position supports construction-specific accounting functions, including payroll that directly ties to client billings, Time & Material and AIA invoicing, and compliance requirements such as certified payroll.

Accuracy and attention to detail are critical, as the work performed in this role directly impacts client billing, cash flow, and regulatory compliance.
