Key Responsibilities for the Billing Specialist:

• Prepare, review, and process a high volume of customer invoices for shipments across multiple divisions

• Verify accuracy of billing details, pricing, shipment documentation, and customer terms

• Collaborate closely with division teams to resolve discrepancies and obtain missing information

• Maintain organized billing files and support month‑end closing activities

• Respond to internal and customer inquiries regarding billing issues, status, and documentation

• Utilize a custom Infinium‑based ERP system to process invoices efficiently and accurately

• Support best‑practice development for billing processes and ongoing efficiency improvements

• Assist with special projects and contribute to broader accounting team initiatives

Qualifications for the Billing Specialist:

• 5–7 years of billing experience required

• 4+ years of experience within manufacturing accounting preferred

• Degree preferred but not required for highly experienced billing professionals

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a high‑volume environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools

• Strong communication and customer service orientation

• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting
