Accounting Clerk

Job Title: Accounting Clerk

Location: West Chicago

Job Type and Duration: Contract to Direct

Pay range: 17-22/hr

Espo is currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerical professional to support our clients accounting department. This position will primarily handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions while assisting with general office responsibilities.

• Process and manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Perform day-to-day general clerical duties
• Filing and maintaining organized records
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Working within Quick Books for accounting functions
• Utilizing Buildup software (experience preferred)

• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Quick Books
• Experience with Buildup is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Prior accounting or clerical experience preferred
