LaSalle Network has partnered with a private venture with an office located in the West Loop to hire on a contract staff accountant for a 4-5 month long interim need. This is a fully onsite role that requires 3-4+ years of accounting experience and highly prefers Net Suite experience
.
This role is in the office M-F 9am-5pm at their office (60607) and has a pay rate between $30-$34/hour.
If you’re someone who can jump in quickly, own the day-to-day, and keep processes moving, this assignment is for you!
What You’ll Be Doing- High-volume transactional accounting (AP/AR)
- Journal entries & general ledger support
- Bank and account reconciliations
- Credit card reconciliations
- Month-end close assistance
- Maintaining financial records in Net Suite
- Supporting audit documentation as needed
- 2+ years of corporate accounting experience- will look at bookkeeping, AR, AP
- Experience with Ramp preferred, not required
- Comfortable working fully onsite (5 days/week)
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
