Part-Time Accountant

We’re looking for a highly experienced, self-directed Part-Time Accountant to support our accounting, payroll coordination, tax compliance, and financial reporting with care, accuracy, and independence. This role is ideal for someone seeking flexible hours while continuing to do meaningful, high-quality accounting work.

• Manage day-to-day accounting inQuick
  
  Books(bank/credit card reconciliations, AP)
• Prepare monthly financial statement sand year-end items (journal entries, 1099s, W-2s)
• Create annual forecasts and holiday sales tracking
• Coordinate payroll and HR-related accounting through
  
  ADP(payroll, PTO, benefits, 401(k))
• Manage annual health insurance enrollment
• Partner with the Owner and external accountants on raises, bonuses, and tax filings

• 5+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, ideally withsmall businesses
• Highly organized and detail-oriented. Comfortable working independently and managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Retailand/ore Commerce accounting experience preferred
• Experience with payroll systems (ADP preferred)
• Strong Quick Books Online ,Exceland Google Sheets experience
• Experience with sales tax and multi-state compliance a plus
