DHR Global is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support the organization’s growing accounting function. This individual will lead month end close activities, support compliance and registration processes, and contribute to financial reporting and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical accounting knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

• Month End Close and Financial Reporting:
  Lead month end close procedures, prepare financial statements and reconciliations, and support treasury and cash management activities.
• Compliance and Registration Support:
  Assist with registration and renewal of new accounts and locations, oversee tax account registrations, and ensure compliance documentation is accurate and timely.
• Revenue Recognition and Standards Application:
  Apply revenue recognition policies and support accounting standards compliance, including ASC 606. Exposure to ASC 842 lease accounting is considered a plus.
• Systems and Reporting:
  Utilize Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI for financial reporting and analysis. Contribute to reporting improvements and workflow efficiencies across the accounting function.
• International and Multi Entity Support:
  Support accounting processes related to multi entity or international operations as needed.

  Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to ensure accuracy, transparency, and consistency across reporting and compliance processes.
• Process Improvement:
  Identify and implement opportunities to enhance accounting operations, reporting capabilities, and internal controls.

• Minimum of 3 to 4 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong technical accounting knowledge with a solid foundation in compliance and reporting
• Experience supporting both accounting and finance activities preferred
• Familiarity with multi-entity or international accounting environments preferred
• Proficiency with ERP systems required; experience with Microsoft Dynamics strongly preferred
• Experience with Power BI preferred
• CPA designation preferred, but not required
• Public accounting experience not required
• Professional services industry exposure and familiarity with commission-based environments considered beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
