A. Stucki Company is seeking a strategic and hands‑on Corporate Cost Accounting Manager to lead and modernize our cost accounting function across multiple manufacturing locations. This role is critical in supporting the integration of legacy businesses into a unified operating model, with a strong emphasis on standardizing cost accounting processes and optimizing SAP costing configuration.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead the consolidation and standardization of cost accounting processes across formerly independent locations.
- Establish consistent costing methodologies, including standard costing, overhead allocation, labor and burden absorption, and variance analysis.
- Partner with operations to ensure accurate BOMs, routings, work centers, and cost drivers.
- Develop scalable policies and internal controls that support multi‑site operations.
SAP Costing & Systems Optimization
- Serve as the functional lead for SAP Product Costing (CO‑PC) and related modules.
- Ensure SAP costing structures (materials, cost centers, cost elements, activity types, overhead structures, etc.) are properly configured and aligned across locations.
- Support integration of newly acquired or legacy entities into a unified SAP costing model.
- Collaborate with IT and cross‑functional teams on system improvements, enhancements, and master data governance.
- Lead cost roll processes, standard cost updates, and system validation testing.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Oversee monthly inventory valuation, cost of goods sold, and variance analysis.
- Provide actionable insights to operations and executive leadership.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multi‑site cost accounting team.
- Establish clear expectations, performance standards, and professional development plans.
- Drive accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Act as a key liaison between finance, operations, supply chain, and executive leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CMA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing cost accounting, with leadership experience managing teams.
- Strong SAP experience required, including Product Costing (CO‑PC) configuration and standard cost roll processes.
- Experience supporting multi‑site or post‑acquisition integration environments strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of standard costing, inventory accounting, and manufacturing variance analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools a plus.
