Project Accountant
Downtown Chicago, IL | Hybrid
Compensation: $90,000 – $105,000
Our client, located in downtown Chicago, is seeking an experienced Project Accountant to support their project-driven financial operations. This hybrid role offers exposure to sophisticated project accounting processes.
Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day project accounting activities
- Prepare and process lien waivers
- Support project billing, cost analysis, and financial reporting
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate financial tracking
- Assist with month-end close and reconciliations related to projects
- 3+ years of project accounting experience
- Experience with lien waivers required
- Deltek experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
