Senior Accountant
Location: Evanston, IL
Work Model: Hybrid (Flexible)
Compensation: $95,000–$110,000 base salary
About the Opportunity
We are working with a real estate investment and property management firm in Evanston seeking a Senior Accountant to manage property-level and corporate accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle accounting for multiple properties
- Prepare monthly financial packages and bank reconciliations
- Track capital expenditures and fixed assets
- Support annual budgeting and audit processes
- Partner with property managers on financial results
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4–7 years of accounting experience, real estate preferred
- Yardi or similar property management system experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
