Assist the Accounting Offices by performing clerical/office tasks and helping with special projects..

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Scanning and filing

* Assist AP Coordinator as needed

* Data entry

* Check and distribute mail

* Special projects

* Assist Purchasing department as needed

* Assist Controller, Accounts Payable with audit tasks as needed during the summer

* Assist Student Accounts department with projects as needed

Qualifications

* Attention to detail

* Basic computer skills

* Professional and dependable

* Able to work independently and take initiative in completing tasks
