Job Description
Berman Auto Group is expanding our corporate office team and is looking for a detail-oriented License & Title Clerk / Biller to join us. This role is essential to keeping our dealership operations running smoothly by ensuring vehicle deals are processed accurately and all title and registration paperwork is completed in full compliance with state requirements.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $22–$25 per hour (based on experience)
- Process and bill retail, lease, and wholesale vehicle deals
- Review deal jackets for accuracy and completeness
- Post vehicle sales, trade-ins, warranties, and aftermarket products
- Prepare and submit title and registration paperwork
- Handle title transfers, lien recordings, and duplicate titles
- Track and follow up on title work to ensure timely completion
- Resolve discrepancies with lenders, customers, and state agencies
- Maintain organized and accurate records
- Support internal audits and month-end accounting tasks
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Accounting teams
- Communicate missing or incorrect documentation to the appropriate parties
