Xiaoli Chia – Internal Transfer

Your role:
You will be responsible for a full spectrum of audit and attest services, working across multiple service lines and collaborating directly with senior professionals and clients.

• Perform all phases of an audit, including planning, risk identification, internal control review and testing, substantive audit procedures, engagement wrap‑up, and financial statement preparation/review.
• Perform other attest services including compilations and reviews.
• Research and conclude on various accounting and audit issues in accordance with GAAP and GAAS.
• Generate ideas for accounting process improvements and best practices for clients.
• Opportunity to pursue fellowships in other service groups such as management consulting, transaction due diligence, and forensic accounting.
• Participate in internal and external networking events, client meetings, industry events, and contribute to business expansion efforts, including proposal development and sales calls.
• Supervise and develop a team of 1–2 associates on each engagement.
• Work directly with Managers, Senior Managers, Partners, Accounting Managers, Controllers, and C‑Suite individuals externally.
• Participate in the annual CORE training program focused on core competency development.
• Engage in non‑billable initiatives such as recruiting, training facilitation, the buddy system, mentoring program, and development of thought‑leadership content.

• 2–5 years recent experience in public accounting.
• Successful completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• CPA preferred.
