Job Overview
As a Senior Tax Associate, you will identify and implement tax planning and consulting opportunities for our diverse client base in the construction and real estate industries. You will work in a highly interactive team environment, participate in the tax planning and consultation process, research client issues, and communicate findings with managers. Building strong client relationships and mentoring staff and interns are key components of the role.
Responsibilities- Identify and implement tax planning and consulting opportunities for clients in construction and real estate.
- Participate in the tax planning and consultation process, delivering outstanding client experience.
- Research client issues and regularly communicate findings with managers.
- Mentor staff and interns to support team success.
- Integrate with the dynamic tax team to resolve client issues and enhance service delivery.
- Anticipate and address client concerns, resolving problems as they arise.
- BS in Accounting (required).
- Master’s in Taxation or LLM (preferred).
- CPA (required).
- Real estate partnership experience (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience focused on real estate and construction.
- Successful engagement and client management skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve client issues within the tax team.
- Creative and expert mindset to drive impact.
This position operates in a hybrid work environment that balances remote flexibility with regular in‑person collaboration.
