SEC REPORTING MANAGER
Salary: $144K-$180K + bonus
Highly visible SEC Reporting Manager opportunity with a growing public company leading SEC filings, technical accounting, and reporting process improvements while partnering closely with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams.

- This SEC REPORTING MANAGER role sits within the Controllership team and partners closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders
- Opportunity to lead all quarterly and annual SEC filings including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and other reporting requirements

- Opportunity to improve and streamline SEC reporting processes through automation and operational enhancements
- Lead preparation and filing of quarterly and annual SEC reports including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and 8-Ks
- Manage and mentor the SEC Reporting team while driving accountability and development
- Research and resolve complex accounting and reporting matters including equity compensation, EPS, and technical disclosures
- Evaluate the impact of new transactions and accounting standards on SEC filings and disclosures
- Review quarterly EPS calculations, equity compensation accounting, and related journal entries
- Oversee disclosure checklists and support XBRL review processes
- Serve as primary point of contact with external auditors on SEC reporting matters
- Partner cross‑functionally with Legal, Tax, FP&A, Investor Relations, and International Finance teams
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within the SEC reporting function
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- CPA required
- 8+ years of accounting experience including public accounting and/or SEC reporting experience at a public company
- Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience preparing and reviewing SEC filings including 10-Ks and 10-Qs
- Strong technical accounting and analytical skills
- Experience with reporting tools such as Workiva or Active Disclosure preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and process improvement capabilities
