The Role

Routine responsibilities will include preparation of journal entries, maintenance of multiple fixed asset subledgers, balance sheet account reconciliations, financial statement analytical analysis, and accumulation of details utilized to compile the quarterly statement of cash flows and footnote disclosures. Additional responsibilities include working cross‑functionally with Corporate accounting teams, helping on ad‑hoc requests or other areas as needed to improve or streamline accounting processes.

  • Preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, analytics, and other requested details used for financial reporting.
  • Global fixed asset maintenance, including fixed asset additions, transfers, retirements, and depreciation for owned/leased properties.
  • Preparation of quarterly and annual external reporting schedules, such as those related to cash flows and footnotes.
Qualifications

Experience

Required:

  • 1–3 years of experience in corporate accounting, public accounting, or other equivalent role
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products

Experience Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
  • Certified Public Accountant
  • Financial ERP systems (Oracle, Hyperion)

The hourly rate for this position is $35.89 to $41.00. The final pay rate offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
