- Set invoices up for payment and process ACH, EFT, and scheduled check runs
- Maintain AP files, documentation, and supporting schedules with strong accuracy
- Reconcile AP transactions, research discrepancies, and assist with audit requests
- Support additional accounting tasks as training and responsibilities expand
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience required
- Strong attention to detail and solid understanding of basic accounting and GL coding
