We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join a growing organization and lead key financial operations. The Accounting Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting functions and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting.

The Accounting Manager is responsible for managing the month-end close process, preparing financial statements for up to 10 entities, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. This Accounting Manager role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to partner cross-functionally with leadership, operations, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

• Oversee the full cycle accounting process, including general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting for multiple entities
• Manage and improve the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and key performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
• Partner with business leaders to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices
• Assist with audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff

What we are seeking in an Accounting Manager :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP system experience preferred
