Perform all end of day front desk and night audit functions, including reviewing cashier audits for accuracy and balancing credit card postings to the computer system.;
Maintain computer database integrity daily and audit master bills.;
Prepare computer systems for the following day and ensure accurate backup of files.;
Prepare, balance, post, and distribute daily reports; provide information to other departments as needed.;
Provide superior guest service and embody the Choice brand values to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
