- Lead the preparation and review of corporate, partnership, individual, and trust tax returns for closely held businesses and their owners
- Supervise and mentor tax associates and interns, fostering collaboration, growth, and accountability
- Play a key role in managing client engagements and building lasting professional relationships
- Work closely with the tax team to achieve department goals and deliver accurate, timely results
- Oversee and execute special projects, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive communication, strategic insights, and responsive service
- 4+ years of experience providing tax services in public accounting
- 1+ years of proven supervisory or mentor experience
- A bachelor's or master's degree in accountingor equivalent
- Mustpossessthe necessary credit hours to be eligible for Certified Public Accounting licensure
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
- Ability to foster client relationships across various industries
- Experience with Microsoft 365 with a strong understanding of Excel and Word
- Ability to address requests from clients and the firm ina timely, precise, and professional manner
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective in both independent work and team collaboration
- Ability to consistently perform services with integrity, reliability, and accuracy
- CPA licensure
- Passion for problem-solving and being a technical resource for team members
- Knowledge in Microsoft Teams and Zoom

The estimated salary range for this role is $75,000-$130,000.Individual salaries aredeterminedbased on multiple factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and location.
