Senior Accounts Payable

Responsible for maintaining vendor master data, resolving invoice discrepancies, reconciling vendor accounts, and supporting accounts payable operations to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.

• Maintain and update vendor master records, including supplier setup, address changes, and tax information.
• Review vendor records to identify duplicates and support vendor consolidation efforts.
• Communicate with vendors to obtain required documentation and resolve account issues.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate outstanding invoices, credits, and payment discrepancies.
• Research and resolve unmatched invoices, purchase order issues, and receiving exceptions.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and internal departments to ensure invoices are properly approved and processed.
• Monitor and maintain invoice exception queues to support timely payment processing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounts payable procedures.
• Assist with vendor account clean‑up, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable, Accounting, or Vendor Management experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
