The Accounts Payable Specialist handles the company’s financial obligations by processing invoices, verifying transactions, and maintaining accurate records. This role ensures vendors are paid correctly and supports overall financial accuracy.
Ways you will make a difference- Process vendor invoices through Open Text VIM, including OCR capture, indexing, and workflow routing
- Perform 2-way and 3-way matching in SAP S/4
HANA (PO, goods receipt, invoice) - Monitor and manage blocked invoices and workflow queues in VIM
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Work VIM exception queues and coordinate approvals across departments
- Reprocess failed invoices and ensure timely resolution of blocked items
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excel and ERP system experience is preferred.
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and time management skill
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
- Knowledge of AP processes, invoice lifecycle, and payment methods
- Experience with SAP S/4
HANA and Open Text is preferred - Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)

CompensationThe salary range for this role is $ 46,425 - $ 64,995 annually.
