HIRING IMMEDIATELY: ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE IN CHICAGO, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Accounts Receivable to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for general office duties, accounts receivable, collections, and processing customer credits. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in accounts receivable, collections, or office work, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, good communication and customer service skills, and basic computer skills.

Pay,

Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $20 to $25 per hour
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (30 minutes lunch time)
  • Located in Chicago, Illinois
  • Salary range based on experience
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform general office tasks (data entry, filing, administrative support)
  • Manage accounts receivable and monitor aging reports
  • Follow up with customers on past-due invoices
  • Process payments (checks, ACH, credit cards)
  • Issue and apply customer credits and adjustments
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and account issues
  • Maintain accurate customer records
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in accounts receivable, collections, or office work preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, data entry)
  • Quick Books experience is a plus, but not required
