Manager, Outsourced Family Office Accounting Services

Our Outsourced Family Office Accounting Services team is a trusted partner to ultra-high net-worth individuals and families navigating complex financial and tax reporting demands. Through an aligned focus on people, process, and technology, we help simplify the complexities that come with building and sustaining wealth. From supporting day-to-day transactions to delivering value-driven dashboards, our teams enhance financial transparency and enable better decision-making.

What You Will Do:
  • Build and maintain high trust relationships with individuals and families, customizing service offerings to support client needs.
  • Coordinate and execute multiple concurrent client projects, managing priorities and timelines.
  • Oversee full-cycle accounting and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Support the preparation and review of customized dashboards.
  • Deliver virtual and on-site outsourced advisory services.
  • Oversee family office application implementation projects.
  • Drive adoption of innovative tools and platforms that streamline workflows and improve client value.
  • Partner with leadership on proposals and presentations.
  • Facilitate training and professional development for associates and colleagues.
  • Mentor and develop high-performing teams; promote a collaborative, service-first culture.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related business field.
  • 5+ years of experience in public accounting and /or working within the family office industry.
  • Strong familiarity with accounting cycles and processes.
  • Knowledge of accounting for investments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Precise attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to oversee and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong collaborator with ability to coordinate complex relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High emotional intelligence and a strong client-service mindset.
  • Experience with Sage Intacct or similar family office reporting platform.
  • Strong working knowledge of individual and partnership tax.
  • Current and valid CPA license.
