What You Will Do:- Build and maintain high trust relationships with individuals and families, customizing service offerings to support client needs.
- Coordinate and execute multiple concurrent client projects, managing priorities and timelines.
- Oversee full-cycle accounting and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Support the preparation and review of customized dashboards.
- Deliver virtual and on-site outsourced advisory services.
- Oversee family office application implementation projects.
- Drive adoption of innovative tools and platforms that streamline workflows and improve client value.
- Partner with leadership on proposals and presentations.
- Facilitate training and professional development for associates and colleagues.
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams; promote a collaborative, service-first culture.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related business field.
- 5+ years of experience in public accounting and /or working within the family office industry.
- Strong familiarity with accounting cycles and processes.
- Knowledge of accounting for investments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Precise attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to oversee and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong collaborator with ability to coordinate complex relationships.
- High emotional intelligence and a strong client-service mindset.
- Experience with Sage Intacct or similar family office reporting platform.
- Strong working knowledge of individual and partnership tax.
- Current and valid CPA license.
