Senior Accountant

A fast-growing property management platform with a national portfolio is seeking a Senior Accountant to own corporate accounting operations for a subset of its member companies.

This is a hands‑on role with real ownership — ideal for someone who thrives in a multi-entity environment, enjoys building and improving processes, and wants visibility into a scaling organization.

• Own the full monthly close process for assigned entities including journal entries, accruals, deferrals, and prepaid amortizations
• Upload, maintain, and reconcile general ledger detail including revenue, payroll, and expenses
• Oversee and review daily/weekly cash application and bank reconciliations performed by an offshore bookkeeper
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations including prepaids, accruals, credit cards, and intercompany accounts
• Conduct weekly review of 13-week cash flow forecasts and A/P invoice coding with member company controllers
• Produce monthly financial statements including variance analyses and supporting schedules
• Maintain fixed asset, accrual, prepaid, and intercompany schedules
• Support KPI and dashboard development
• Prepare audit‑ready documentation
• Manage, train, and QA one offshore bookkeeper
• Identify automation and efficiency opportunities across the accounting function
