Grant Accountant / Nonprofit Accounting Specialist

Key Responsibilities for the Grant Accountant / Nonprofit Accounting Specialist
  • Maintain general ledger and financial records in Quick Books Enterprise
  • Prepare grant reimbursement reports, drawdowns, and supporting documentation
  • Track restricted funds, grant budgets, and program expenses
  • Perform bank reconciliations and support monthly close

    • Experience with Quick Books (Enterprise preferred)
    • Experience with grant reporting, reimbursements, or drawdowns
    • Strong understanding of restricted funds, cost allocation, and compliance
