Grant Accountant / Nonprofit Accounting Specialist

- Maintain general ledger and financial records in Quick Books Enterprise
- Prepare grant reimbursement reports, drawdowns, and supporting documentation
- Track restricted funds, grant budgets, and program expenses
- Perform bank reconciliations and support monthly close

- Strong understanding of restricted funds, cost allocation, and compliance
