Bookkeeper

- Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate financial records
- Reconcile and review documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Generate reports and support accounting functions
- Scan, file, and organize accounting documents and records
- Experience with Quick Books Online (required)
- Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Experience with AP, AR, and general bookkeeping tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-volume environment
