Tax Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Help compute tax provision for US GAAP and statutory accounting purposes.
• Determine accounting treatment under ASC 740 and document analysis.
• Review, monitor, and report ASC 740 uncertain tax positions.
• Participate in tax process optimization, develop and implement procedural changes or processes to improve the tax function and meet SOX certification.
• Prepare tax models and assist with other tax projects on an as‑needed basis.
• Use One Source and other tax‑provision tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Five or more years of tax and accounting experience.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 740.
• Experience with One Source tax‑provision software is preferred.
• CPA certification preferred; MST a plus (not required).
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with BNA and Checkpoint tax research software is preferred.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines without breaking a sweat.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to preparing meticulously accurate work.
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and sees challenges as opportunities for growth.
• Fluency in English (written and oral) essential; additional European languages are a plus.
