Staff Accountant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and collaborating across departments to support organizational goals. Responsibilities:• Maintain and reconcile financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

• Support tax preparation processes, including corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for accurately.
• Monitor and analyze financial discrepancies, resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Utilize accounting software to streamline processes and generate comprehensive financial reports.
• Stay updated on financial regulations and standards to ensure company compliance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting procedures and practices.
