The Audit & Assurance team at Crowe provides traditional attestation services as well as accounting and consulting on applying accounting principles. Audit & Assurance professionals demonstrate deep specialization through an understanding of the market and business challenges their clients face and a dedication to audit quality. Though Crowe has various different business units, Audit & Assurance is one of the largest practices.

For this specific opportunity, we are seeking talented professionals for full‑time or seasonal work arrangement options.

• Responsible for client relationships with a variety of clients to build positive relationships.
• Lead multiple teams and provide performance feedback to all members of those teams when engagements end.
• Anticipate and address client concerns and resolve problems as they arise.
• Promote new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients.
• Continue learning the latest developments and the firm's standards and policies.
• Stay on top of industry developments and their effects on clients' competitive position.

• 8+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience.
• Experience working with Food & Commodities, Metals, Supply Chain, Cannabis, Healthcare, Technology, Media, Telecommunications, Consumer Markets, Life Sciences, Real Estate & Construction, and Manufacturing clients.
• Strong organization, communication, technical, time‑management, accounting, and auditing skills to work efficiently with clients and manage multiple engagements and teams.
• Professional interaction with clients, prospects, all levels of staff, and colleagues.
• Ability to multi‑task and manage concurrent planning, execution, and wrap‑up of engagements.
• Experience supervising engagement team members and instructing them on task completion.
• Licensed CPA in your state or able to acquire a reciprocal license.
• Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ – $ per year.
