Staff Accountant in Chicago
Job Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant in Chicago:
- Provide daily accounting functions
- G/L activity posting, reconciliation, and maintenance of subsidiary ledgers
- Create and present reports to senior management and board members
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Ad hoc modeling and analysis
- Support monthly and annual close
- Assist with variance analysis
Job Requirements for the Staff Accountant in Chicago:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- 2-5 years of Accounting experience
- CPA Preferred, or passed some of the CPA
- MUST have Manufacturing experience
- Microsoft Suite (Excel-intermediate user)
- SAP or ERP experience required
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
