Controller Process Integration Lead

Job Description

• Lead day‑to‑day controllership functions, with a primary focus on:
  Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Month‑end close support and book consolidation
• Provide operational oversight across financial processes including billing, payments, procurement, and record‑to‑report activities
• Manage and mentor a small accounting team (2 accountants), including delegation, coaching, and performance oversight
• Drive issue resolution and ensure timely, accurate execution of all financial activities
• Support end‑to‑end accounting operations in a small business environment, including customer invoicing and subcontractor workflows
• Develop, standardize, and improve financial processes where systems and workflows are currently not integrated
• Partner cross‑functionally to ensure seamless financial operations from sales through invoicing and revenue recognition
• Oversee intercompany accounting processes and help resolve existing inefficiencies
• Support broader integration efforts, including system alignment and process consolidation over time

• 8–10+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or controllership roles
• Strong background in financial operations, including AR/AP and month‑end close
• Proven experience leading teams and managing end‑to‑end accounting functions
• Ability to operate independently, problem‑solve, and adapt in an ambiguous environment
• Experience with ERP systems such as Net Suite, Workday, or similar
• Strong understanding of intercompany accounting and integration processes
• Experience leading a team
• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on operational excellence
