Key Responsibilities- Prepare and post journal entries for general ledger accounts
- Perform monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Maintain accurate and timely financial records in accordance with GAAP
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities as needed
- Assist with preparation of financial statements and management reports
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts
- Assist with audit preparation and provide supporting documentation
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of accounting experience (public or industry)
- Understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting
- Experience with accounting systems/ERPs (Net Suite, Oracle, SAP, Quick Books, or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
