Key Responsibilities for the Grant Accountant / Nonprofit Accounting Specialist:
• Maintain general ledger and financial records in Quick Books Enterprise
• Prepare grant reimbursement reports, drawdowns, and supporting documentation
• Track restricted funds, grant budgets, and program expenses
• Perform bank reconciliations and support monthly close
• Assist with payroll coordination and audit preparation
Qualifications for the Grant Accountant / Nonprofit Accounting Specialist:
• 3+ years of nonprofit or grant-funded accounting experience
• Experience with Quick Books (Enterprise preferred)
• Experience with grant reporting, reimbursements, or drawdowns
• Strong understanding of restricted funds, cost allocation, and compliance
