Brit Properties is looking for a detail-oriented accounting intern to support our property accounting and financial operations. You'll work with real estate accounting tools and gain hands‑on experience in a growing industrial real estate firm.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:- Support property accounting and financial reporting using Yardi
- Assist with tenant ledgers, rent collection tracking, and expense management
- Gain hands‑on experience in real estate accounting operations
- Must be a college student/recent graduate, available to work July-August
- Must live in the Chicago area
- Experience with accounting principles
- Familiarity with Yardi (preferred)
- $20 per hour compensation
- Real‑world experience in real estate accounting
- Work directly with our accounting team and leadership
