Assistant Controller
Salary: $130K-$150K + 10-15%

- Support and enhance the monthly close process, financial reporting, and executive reporting packages Qualifications for the Accounting Manager
- 7–10 years of accounting experience with a mix of public accounting and industry experience preferred
- Strong analytical and investigative mindset with hands‑on problem‑solving ability
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping build processes in an evolving environment
- Experience in high‑growth, multi‑entity, or private equity‑backed organizations preferred
- Strong communication and business partnering skills
