Supervisor, Accounts Receivable

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a specified Accounts Receivable department
• Support other Accounts Receivable departments around the world
• Ensure efficient and smooth execution of accounts receivable processes
• Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure that collection is within terms and conditions of sale
• Proactively investigate and resolve accounts receivable related issues independently and/or in collaboration with sale site managers
• Ensure appropriate authorizations are compliant with internal controls and policies
• Supervise, train and mentor a team of 2 – 4 administrators with customer facing responsibilities

• 5 years' experience in Accounts Receivable's
• 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Customer service experience required.
• Effective leadership, proven ability to supervise in a team environment.
• Creative problem solving and conflict management skills.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills with ability to prioritize in a demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with ERP systems
