Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute global partnership accounting operations, including partner capital contributions, profit sharing, and partner compensation payments.
- Calculate, process, and reconcile partner payments, capital contributions, loans, and individual partner accounts using enterprise accounting platforms such as Elite 3E.
- Prepare detailed partner journals, financial statements, and perform multi-currency account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and planning partner remuneration strategies aligned with organizational policies.
- Conduct onboarding and offboarding meetings with partners to review financial matters and ensure transparency.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Tax, Payroll, Cash Operations, and Financial Control teams across international locations to standardize accounting practices.
- Support internal and external audits, respond to accounting inquiries, and participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Provide cross-functional support by assisting team members and covering responsibilities during peak periods or team absences.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of accounting experience, ideally within professional services, law firms, or partnership-based organizations.
- Partial or full accounting qualification preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven experience with partnership accounting functions, including reconciliations, capital management, partner payments, and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Elite 3E ERP system and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills—verbal and written—with the capacity to build relationships across global teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently within a high-pressure environment.
- Adaptable, proactive, and dedicated to continuous process enhancement and efficiency.
