What You'll Do:

• Prepare and review individual, business, partnership, S corporation, and trust tax returns.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and serve as a year-round advisor.
• Research complex tax matters and develop practical solutions.
• Identify tax planning opportunities that help clients achieve their goals.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Collaborate with accounting and advisory professionals to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
• Help improve processes through technology and continuous innovation.

What We're Looking For:

• CPA license preferred (or actively pursuing).
• 7+-15 years of public accounting tax experience (more for manager-level candidates).
• Strong technical tax knowledge.
• Experience working directly with business owners and high-net-worth individuals is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A collaborative mindset with a desire to continue learning and growing.
