The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of public accounting experience, a CPA certification, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. Responsibilities include tax planning, client engagement management, and team supervision. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and client relationship management skills.

A Master's in Taxation is preferred. Competitive salary range for Illinois is between $105,000 and $130,000.
