Manager - Private Equity Fund Accounting

As a manager on our fund administration team, you'll work directly with leading private equity clients, supporting fund operations, financial reporting, and investor communications under the guidance of our experienced team.

• Lead client relationships across multiple Private Equity funds, ensuring expectations are met and timelines are followed.
• Apply your understanding of limited partnership agreements to fund operations, reporting, and investor communications.
• Prepare and review key financial components such as journal entries, capital calls, distributions, and performance metrics such as IRR.
• Manage audits, tax requests, and financial statement reviews while continuously improving operational processes.
• Prioritize tasks, respond to client requests, and train junior team members to support team development and efficiency.

• Salary range: $85,000–$120,000, dependent on experience and location.

• Over four years of progressive experience in private equity, public accounting, or a mix of both within alternative asset firms.
• Strong analytical and technical skills in accounting, finance, and fund administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Consistent delivery of exceptional client service, building trust and long‑term relationships.
• Expertise in supporting complex fund operations and driving high‑quality outcomes.
